Coaching Skills

We are very proud of our Coaching Skills Courses. We call them "Manager as Coach" and we think it really delivers something other coaching programmes can't. We have perfected a 1 Day Introduction to Coaching, a 2 day intensive and very practical Coaching Workshop and also can offer a qualification approach through the ILM. Based on a highly experiential approach that challenges delegates to practice coaching on real-life challenges, issues and goals we see amazing shifts in the skills and knowledge of all participants in a very short space of time.

Case Study: We have now developed over 800 coaches from all sectors and our 2 Day "Manager as Coach" programme has the option of an ILM Development Award attached and is personally  endorsed by the ILM National Manager for Wales.

360 Feedback (Personal and Organisational)

We offer a comprehensive suite of 360 diagnostics including the full range of instruments from www.humansynergistics.com . We are fully licensed and qualified to order, administer, facilitate, consult and coach on Lifestyles 1&2 (LSI 360), Leadership Impact (LI 360) and Group Styles inventory (GSI 360).

We can also complete organisational diagnostics allowing businesses to measure and describe their current culture and compare with their described "Ideal" culture... the culture that will bring success...and results! These tools (OEI and OCI) are very revealing and therefore powerful in challenging the status quo.

Once we identify the gaps we can begin to close them by using the Management and Leadership 360's (behavioural) along with Organisational Effectiveness Diagnostics (working practices) to help shift culture in the right direction.

Case Study: We have helped two boards critically analyse their business culture and leadership and supported them in moving forward. Same diagnostics but one business had over 18,000 employees and the other less than 100 showing how flexible the tools and Ican can be!

Staff Development

Case Study: A large retailer needed to tackle the immediate training needs of 500+ staff at their Head Office. We designed a compendium of training sessions from their Training Needs information. We set up a "Training Zone" in their Head Office (a sort of funky training room) and delivered 5 On The Hour sessions each day for 5 Days. At the end of the week we had covered 16 development topics and trained over 500 staff. There was a real buzz about the place and a sense that Learning & Development was integral to the business. The HR team also had some great looking reports to take to senior management.
