Manager as Coach
Reach for the Stars with Ican and the London Eye... so says Jason Stevens.
We are pleased and proud to be associated with one of the most famous attractions in the UK. From December '09, Ican will be delivering the highly successful and powerful "Manager as Coach" development programme. Selected London Eye Managers will undertake a highly participative and challenging programme which will culminate in a coaching award recognised by the Institute of Leadership and Management.
The practice of coaching and creating a coaching culture is a top priority for today's managers who value the art of supporting people in the achievement of their goals.

The Christmas lights are now down and put away for another year. The new socks are in and the old socks are out. The fridge is looking a bit desperate again, but at least the door closes properly again now.
